Field assessments at key hotspots in Ajegunle and Nsidung, Calabar

In November last year, the PROTEGO accelerator cohorts carried out extensive field assessments at key hotspots in Ajegunle and Nsidung, Calabar. In 2026, supported by implementing partners, the cohorts will move from concept development to implementation and return to the field to deploy pilot initiatives, delivering targeted, context‑driven solutions designed to address these critical challenges at their source.
