2nd PROTEGO Accelerator Workshop in Ghana

On 26 November 2025 the winners of the PROTEGO Innovation Challenge in Ghana took part in the second PROTEGO Accelerator Workshop, the next phase of their journey. The workshop marked a pivotal shift from refining ideas to implementing solutions in 2026, as innovators worked closely with the PROTEGO team, representatives from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, and District and Municipal Assemblies in hotspot areas to turn their concepts into practical plans to prevent marine pollution in the Gulf of Guinea.
